Turbo Tax 2024

I have a Mac computer and had to download several times to get all my Tax info. 4 stars is because of the many times I had to try to download. It was easier with a disc because I have an outside disc player for all my music since computer doesn't have player .

The e-file charge surprise is disgraceful. Turbo Tax should be ashamed squeezing more money out of loyal customers. With that said bye Turbo Tax I'll take my business elsewhere.

Issue with using free state return!

Worked well EXCEPT, I said I wanted to use my one free state return - it was the FIRST state return and when I got to the final screen had to pay the $20. This happened last year too but I did not do a review. Now I'll see if you read and take any action on this.

Problems downloading state and paying to file stat

Turbotax would not allow downloading a state without any information about the reason. Finally, a Turbotax update (about January 21, 2025) allowed it. Now the software allows my filing federal but freezes at "Loading" when switching me to location where I can pay to file state. Grrrrrrrr!
