Some idiot won't update forms

This is the 5th year my federal tax return was turned down and i had to mail it in again. just so you want to know there are 6, SIX boxes for the IP PIN NOT 5. I have been using Turbo Tax for over 15 Years. I will never use it again. It was a waste of time and money.
