2024 had some glitches

My whole family uses your product. On the second return turbotax crashed just before filing. I had to restart my computer and then turbotax. Everything was saved and I was able to file, but it just took longer than expected. On the third return for some reason I am still unable to print the state return. Turbotax software says it was accepted, but unsure why I am unable to print a copy.

TT should protect against duplicate extractions

One of the benefits of TT is the encapsulation of the process. When I extracted my dividends 1099 from Fidelity for my account and that of my wife, it doubled up because it was a joint account. TT should have caught that. Fortunately, I did. My W2 was similarly extracted twice. Bothersome at best ...

Greedy company continues to charge extra fees

Same program, different year. No improvements to interface and TurboTax continues to "nickel and dime" you for fees even though you've already spent $50 before you even get started.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Everything was great, but the printing experience at the end stunk! Also did not get the special price on E-file of State return for $20!
