I AM A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED IN TURBO TAX. I SEE THAT YOU OFFER A DISCOUNT FOR PEOPLE WHO FILED THEIR TAXES WITH SOMEONE ELSE. WHAT ABOUT THOSE THAT FILED THEIR TAXES WITH TURBO TAX FOR YEARS. I AM THINKING OF CHANGE TO ANOTHER TAX PROGRAM THAT OFFERS THE SAME THING. YOU SHOULD REALLY WORK AS HARD TO KEEP CLIENTS AS YOU DO TO GET NEW ONES.

TurboTax Federal is awesome but not so for State.

I've used Turbo Tax for approximately 30 years and for the Federal Return it's great, but the state return is not so great.
