I have never used any other tax filing software and every year this commitment is renewed. Easy, great online support and fantastic people to deal with and ask questions.

Turbo Tax is getting more complicated just to send

You won't accept Janey's adjusted gross income. I have had to enter it 3, I'm now on my fourth try for you to accept it. Some of the income has both names on it. I have tried splitting it in half and you still won't accept it.
What do you want? Her AGI or Both! Get your act together or i will go somewhere else for my taxes. And as far as for 1 free state, that is a bunch of bull!!

Federal is good, state section needs improvement

Federal return filing was fine. The state tax section (Idaho) was a pain. It should remember what I enter, vs requiring me to retype if I want to review my data. Also, the state tax section should have an easier way to review what was entered (similar to the choose what I work on feature with the federal taxes).

My taxes are simple, but TurboTax made it difficult. Lots us unanswered questions. Not very intuitive. It seems to get worse each year rather than better. Use some regular folks to test it not just tax and computer experts.

Keep up the great work! I do like the capability of downloading the Turbo Tax Deluxe from the Internet rather than load a CD disc.

More fees than Ticketmaster!

Do NOT use this software! Hidden filing fees on top of state e-file fees. Buy the software for $40, paid $40 to file, $25 per state to e-file, and if you have more than one state you're paying for that too. Worse than Ticketmaster with all of these extra fees for this and that. Never again Intuit. NEVER AGAIN!
