TurboTax needs some help for 2024

I have been using urboTax for about 20+ years. This year's version was the most cumbersome and not user friendl;y. I could not get it to save my return, title it, or retrieve it, I had to redo it 3x until I figured out the hidden places to fix that. It was not a good year for TurboTax.

Major improvement is needed

Information from last years return is not all carry forwarded to this years return. Some boxes checked are in fact different than the prior years return. Why does this happen on an inconsistent basis?
