New data entry formats inconsistent abd no options

Mediocre as usual, with the usual insane inconsistent data entry formats. New ones this year when trying to enter interest....keeps pushing auto download, yet won't provide the usual list format to enter or edit individual interest amounts. Other income entries are as before, with straight forward list of entries from prior year. Font size and format does not match other income entry sections either. Looks like some beta version inserted into the program. Inconsistent and unprofessional appearance as well. Some issues I raised ten years ago have NEVER been corrected, as I still get message from other users about the same bug.

There's a bug in the 2024 software

Although preparing my taxes was reasonably easy, the software freezes when I try to pay my state taxes using a credit card. I can enter my name, etc. but the screen freezes and won't allow it to go any further! It's very frustrating!

Crapped-up interface for 2024 taxes

TurboTax used to be simple and elegant. This year, they crapped up the interface—especially on 1099-INT and 1099-DIV with some clueless designer's idea of an improvement. Sorry, the improvement is all graphics and noi practicality. Lots of wasted space, and no longer can you easily see things because everything's now in a separate box.
Iinstead of seeing everything on one screen, all the wasted space that the boxes take up spill things over onto multiple screens.

I preferred the prior year Turbotax software. The last couple of years it has been a bit frustrating and not as easy to navigate and review as you go. Seems like the data entered goes into a black hole. I was not as confident this year.
