Problematic

1. I couldn't print the form for review from the program. I had to print from the PDF's.
2. I wanted to split the refund and in fact filled out the forms for splitting to 2 bank accounts. When I went to file there was only evidence of one bank account.
3. After filing the returns I had to manually save them by using the File Save from the menu.

Long Time User Still a Fan

I have used TurboTax for more years than I am able to count. Each year, the program becomes easier to use, more efficient, and able to anticipate my entries and actions. Well done. I do wish I was able to e-file more than just five tax returns without upgrading. I only want to do my children's tax returns for them so it's not like I am in a tax preparation business. I have to go out on the internet and use a competitor's tax program in order to do this.

Easy to use tax software for anyone

easy to use tax software which I have been using for 12 years now. I like that they will let you skip parts that are not applicable to your situation even though I like to let them ask the questions as this way I can catch changes that occurred over time. Also like the way it fills in information from last years forms and does a running comparison to the previous filing as fill in the new info.

TurboTax is simple to use

In general this software is extremely simple to use. It's very difficult to enter something incorrectly (other than just typing in wrong numbers!) and in many cases one can import documents and let TT read and enter the numbers automatically. I really only have one complaint: it continually asks me to file my state tax return. I live in a state without an income tax, so there's no forms to file. TurboTax should know that and simply as if I have any state forms to file, and if the answer's no never bring it up again.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
