Turbo Tax is good

I do like the software. But I don't like the amount you charge for the state and school after we pay for the software, But yet you have Turbo Tax free for some individuals and you e-file all forms for free. You could at least offer 2 free State and School e-file free with your software that we purchase.

Processing fee

The processing fee should not be charged. You state it is free to file and then charge a processing fee after I paid for the product.

Turbo Tax is good

I have used the product for many years and have been very happy. However, this year doing the Interest and Dividend section was tedious with the "looping" thru the screens for each entry I had to update. It was simpler in the previous versions.

Turbo Tax is user friendly.

Turbo tax is very user friendly. With a straight forward return, the average person should be able to successfully file both federal and state forms electronically. An individual new to the progran should follow the step by step format. Simply answer the questions provided to complete your return. if questions do come up there is always help available.

Easy and quick to do taxes! They made it even easier by adding the option to add a photo copy of your W-2 forms.
