Won't let me print my returns.

I've used Turbo Tax for years and this was by far the most difficult version to work with. And it won't let me print my returns so I have to download them, pull them up and rename them in another folder. It shouldn't be this difficult to print my own return. We moved last year and the previous state return was more difficult to separate out.

A bit confused about the HSA. I use my HSA card to pay for meds, docs, and other medical related expenses (prescription glasses). The question was if I did not receive the HSA form (can't remember the form), it means I did not use my HSA card...but I did. Could it be that I did not spend that much to qualify for the deductible?

One glitch, and lack of transparency on e-file fee

The software got stuck in a loop saying I shouldn't have amounts entered for both Social Security and Social Security Disability. But there wasn't any amount listed for Social Security Disability, as it should be. I finally had to agree to print my return to mail myself, rather than e-file.
Other than this, filing my return was a breeze. I just don't like that they don't tell you there's a fee for e-filing with the state until you are at the end.

Trouble this year

Had to start over three times due to closing out and it not being saved. Lots of extra time. Had to call intuit and get everything straightened out. Thanks to Jessica everything worked out but it cost me a total of 4 additional hours.
