TurboTax vs H&R Block? It's not even a fair race!

I have tried both TurboTax and H and R Block software on the same tax information in the same year, and using the TurboTax is by far the easiest to use! I will use TurboTax every time I want to do my taxes,

Very Disappointing Download Experience

Worst version of this product yet. The software immediately crashed when I tried to bring in tax year 2023. The software would not allow me to electronically file my federal return and not my state. It would lock up right then and there. After 20 crashes and retries, it allowed me to file the federal form. You have also discontinued purchasing a CD of the product. I purchased the same way for years. Now I have only a license key and no product to load.

Its is misleading made me think I could e file 2022 and 2023 I paid over 89.99 to do my taxes..just is misleading is all
