The web based app seems better. Unfortunately the web and desktop versions do not share information - so pick one only...
Pros: My employment status changed this year

We've been using TurboTax for over a decade. It's very user-friendly and simplies an otherwise overly-complicated process.

Relatively easy but had a few issues...

Turbo tax Worked well & I was able to file relatively easily but had a few issues:
1. no option to increase font size other than default windows scale in display properties. 2. the "Stay up to date w/ latest TT" on initial run did not auto populate with data from registered account which it has from activation code or it could have pulled from last years TT file. 3. item 2 above "Stay up to date w/ latest TT" should be after Welcome and import but before questions. 4. should offer to save immediately after import or "Stay up to date w/ latest TT" and default to or offer auto save option (incremental) with history, i.e. you can go back 10 minutes or 5 questions. 5. Also the equivalent of undo, or Ctrl "Z" should be standard instead of just go back which does not undo an incorrect entry. 6. It states there is a 20% discount on the $25 e-file charge for state e-filing & it should only cost $20, however this was not honored and I was charged the full $25.00. You owe me a $5 refund or credit!
