Have Used TurboTax Longer Than I Can Remember!

I've been using TurboTax for so long I can't even remember WHEN I started using it! Hardly ever any problems or issues, other than their little "messages" as it's loading are always the same, year-to-year. The programmers could easily make them more conversational and rotate through various ones. Where's AI when we could really us it? :)
