Turbo tax could be better

I have been using Turbo tax about 20 years. This is the first year that I had any trouble. After I filed my return it was rejected by the IRS. The entire issue revolves around LTC payments and reimbursements. I think the questions in this section could be worded better. I finally spoke to a person today who spent 1 hour and 40 minutes on the phone to resolve the issue. I am still awaiting approval from IRS to see if my return is accepted.

Completed Federal and State Returns in less than a work day and filed both the next day. Have been preparing tax returns on Turbo Tax for more than twenty years.

Turbotax is a great product

Turbotax does a great job and handles any tax situations I might encounter. I do wish the state E-file was included with the price of the product rather than a separate fee.

Great for Senior Citizens

I had a little bit of difficulty doing the INT part of the income section only because I didn't read the screen properly. Otherwise, it took just a little over an hour for these senior citizens to do their taxes. Thanks for a fairly easy to use format.

CHARGES FOR STATE 20.00 BUT WHEN IT ACTUALLY CHARGED IT WAS 25.00. THAT IS WRONG AND WOULD LIKE THE 5.00 REFUNDED.
