Thinking about using a professional service from here on out, I've used Turbotax for several years and the "hidden" fees simply add up to about the same amount quoted by licensed CPA in my area

Minor Bug on Wages Boxes

There was a bug (an error) when uploading the W-2 form, somehow it dropped off the first few digitals of the numbers. However, it did not affect the final result. I hope someone can look into it when you import an electronic W-2, please pay attention to the boxes 1a and 1z.

The instructions/information could be a bit more complete. After I read the explanation, I still have questions unanswered.
Also, my download was supposed to include a FREE State return/filing. I was charged again.

Stops Responding Too Many Times !!!!

1st time I have had TurboTax program stop responding so many times while doing taxes. I have a new top of the line Dell PC (WIN version). This has never happened before.
