Great Assistance!!

I have used TurboTax for many years and this year, my return was rejected. The reason was asking for my wife's AGI. As we had always filed a joint return, the AGI was not individual, but joint. I called TurboTax and a very helpful lady said to enter 0. I did and am waiting for the results. I had never encountered that situation before and know that without the help I received, I would never been able to solve the problem.

Very confusing

Very confusing, final sheet totaling refund does not match the amounts calculated. Went back multiple times to straighten out, but same results. Will see if my refund is correct.

I've used Turbo Tax for years and find it quite good. HOWEVER, the 2024 edition did not show my charitable donations as I entered them. When I went out and came back in, I found two duplicate entries. Bad programming, Intuit! You need better QA/testing!

Get a different software. Terrible!

Software is glitchy and doesn't work properly. I will not be using this again. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Software took forever to install and open. It kept telling me I didn't have an internet connection but I did. This happened through out the process of completing my taxes over and over again. The mouse didn't work properly when the software was open. I had to click on the windows button to activate the mouse every time I wanted to use it.
