NOT AS GOOD AS PAST YEARS!

FIRST YEAR BEING FORCED TO DOWNLOAD SOFTWARE RATHER THAN USING A DISC. YET I KNOW THIS SAVED YOU MILLIONS OF DOLLARS, YET YOU DID NOT SHARE THE SAVINGS WITH YOUR CONSUMER.
MANY MORE SCREENS WITH CONFUSING DATA REQUEST THAN PAST YEARS.
THE SOFTWARE UPLOADED MY INVESTMENT 1099R BUT DID NOT INSERT ONE INTO MY RETURN AND I HAD TO ADD IT MANUALLY.

2024 Turbo Tax many crashes

Been using TT for years without problem. This year the application crashed many times so much that I didnt think i was going to complete it. i uninstalled and reinstalled twice, even went back to an older version of my file. Still crash after crash. I was able to file which i was thankful for but it was touch and go

I called in twice, and both times your ladies went well beyond what I expected,I don't know what you pay them, but I think they are worth double that I feel they were fantastic

Black half of the screen when e-filing

The Turbo Deluxe software was easy to follow and to enter the data. My issue was the e-filing, the screen split and half turned solid black. I searched the internet for the fix. I had to clear all history and cache; then I was able to file.
