Says one thing and does another

TurboTax is okay but it pulls in numbers that you are not always sure where they came from. It makes filing my taxes easier but as someone who is retired but working part-time at a different job, my taxes seem more complicated than they should be. I am also not sure why this product costs so much. When I went to file, it said that filing my state return would be discounted to $20 but when I went to pay it was $25. Just one example of the program saying one thing and doing another.

I love Turbo Tax. This year something did mess up when I went to convert my information over from last year. It was fine though I just started fresh and no problem. I will keep my 5 stars due to the ease and the fact I have been using Turbo Tax for many years without added stress during an already stressful process.

Turbo Tax is awesome.

I have used Turbo Tax for several years. Filling 2024 returns was the second time I did electronic filing. I am happy with the process including the online download of the 2024 software (vs the CD) and look forward to getting my refund sooner that if I filed paper copy.
