Good software could be better if you don’t pay to

easy to use software. A bit difficult to print out correct sheets if you don’t e-file. Should be a button to print for manually submitting.

Why does Turbo Tax still require a fee to file the STATE return when the STATE offers free filing, just like the Federal Government?
I am still annoyed by various convoluted instructions and features written in "lawyer" speak, not in common language

Turbo Tax product misleading, customer abuse

TurboTax slapping on a $25 fee to file state after buying a product that list that it is also for state is a TOTAL AND COMPLETE LOAD OF CRAP! This is so misleading and you KNOW IT!!!! I can't believe how TT constantly tried to nickel and dime people, I just want to know what the cost will be UP FRONT. TT used to be such a good product to use. Seriously don't think I will be returning to your product.
