I haven't done my own taxes in years. Your product is much easier to use than your earlier versions. One comment for improvement is on medical deductions it would be nice to know in advance how the various categories of expenses were to be handled. For instance, I adjusted all my medical service expenses to reflect reimbursements from insurance. The software later requested the input of reimbursements. Likewise for insurance premiums being handled as a separate input. Just a suggestion.

Help with 1095-A

Everything went very well until I had to figure out how to file the information on a 1095-A, which was new to us this year. That form did appear in the regular course of completing one of our returns. I had to go to the help files to find that I needed to "Search" for "1095-A". I would have preferred to be prompted earlier in the process instead of getting all the way to the final review to realize that I still need to enter the info on the 1095-A. A "Do you have a 1095-A form?" would have been helpful.

I have used Turbo tax for many many years. This is the last time! Turbo tax has managed to become so user unfriendly it's unbearable. Totally different tool than in the past. I will never use this program ever again!!! It has created more obstacles than the IRS has and thats a sad affair. Get it together INTUIT!!!!
