Helps to have last year's figures. Some Help pop-ups are a bit difficult to follow because they read too much like legalese, but most are useful. Previews of entries are helpful in gauging progress and other items needed.

printer issues and no fixes

still having print issues. the printer will spew out paper, but nothing is printed on it. both my pc and printer are fully updated.

This time I used a download instead of a disc. It locked us several times and on one screen it would not let me click on the continue button. This happened several times on the same screen.
Also it said it would be $20 to file state but I was charged $25. Why?

I don't like the way you have to enter Interest and Dividends. The old way was more than efficient.
