I like the software but its annoying that after paying for the software that I still need to pay $60.00 to file my taxes. Its makes me rethink the idea of spending the money next year.

I have used product several years. However, some explanations require to leave you work and sign in and then they are not fully explanatory, you need to read other items to determine the correct approach. Explanations need to be more in depth

Terrible with state return on line

I have used TurboTax for years, but this year it is terrible. Everything is great until I try to file online. After getting help from Keith in Texas, I was able to send my federal tax. However when we tried to send my Maryland return , I ran into a brick wall. When I tried to pay the $25 fee to Maryland, I was unable to do so. I could not sign in. Keith said I needed to go tier 2 help desk. I had already spend hours with Keith and I was disgusted. Keith did what could and I appreciate is help.
