Love my Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax for 10+ years and don't ever plan on using anything else. It is so straightforward. I have never had trouble following the instructions and it is nice being able to do the state and federal taxes at the same time. Thanks for making an excellent product.

Easy to use, but disappointed with additional fee

Its an easy program to follow but I was very disappointed in the $40 processing fee at the end with no way to remove or not use. I did not need it and was forced into having to pay it. Thats was a terrible feature to your product. Not happy
