Unable to save or print return

Easy to move through all the steps to filing. I have been unable to save or print my return. When I click on print it just spins then stops, never moving off that screen. No option to save or print.

Worked again after 20 years

This was the first time I have ever had any kind of problem with filing my taxes. The problem appeared to be with the State rather than TurboTax. I called Turbo Tax and they investigated as to why the state said that they didn't receive my tax return. The TurboTax lady gave me a Submission ID number to give to the Oklahoma Tax people. I did that after being put on hold by the state for a very long time (hours) and I received a notice the next morning that my file had been accepted by the state of Oklahoma. Thanks Turbo Tax !!!!!

Have used TurboTax for several years

TurboTax Deluxe with State has helped us to prepare my tax returns for several years. TurboTax helped us make it through all the complicated forms and calculations required to file our returns accurately with very little confusion.
