Do not appreciate price increases

I dislike having to decline the extra fees multiple times during the processing of the returns. I am unhappy that the price has gone up not only on the program, the state filing fee, and that you now charge for advice when that was included with the original purchase price. You not only when up, but you went up by about 60%!

Love TurboTax

I have used Turbotax for over 25 years and never had a problem or audit with my taxes. I find it easy to do by answering the guided questions. I have used it enough to generally select manually what I will work on using last years information as a good guide.
