Disappointed

Everything was very confusing to me. I did not like that I didn't know there was a $40 charge for a processing fee. I thought my state one was free but they charged me $25 for that. I do not like these hidden fees. I also did not like when I submitted my taxes it gave me the total of my federal tax and not my state that I was receiving, so I really don't know how much I'm getting back still. I'm very disappointed in Turbo Tax this year.

Lacking in drill-down ability

Inability to drill down from a reportable amount, and the lack of ability to retrieve an unused form and locating the data entry fields needed for that Form.
