State Tax Feature Removed

For 2024 tax year, TurboTax removed the option to mail a state return and only offer e-file now or later. This is not desirable as some states have different mailing addresses for refund versus owe returns, as well as no ability to successfully open the form and fill in the banking information for a refund. Please bring this feature back.

Had to contact TurboTax to assist me with state tax issues. Julia was kind enough to help resolve the issue. Recommended different steps in order to file correctly. She went above and beyond to assist. Greatly appreciate her kindness and assistance.
