TurboTax is Reliable

I have used TurboTax for years. Have found it easy to prepare tax returns.
The reason I left off a star is because states that I live in a state no income tax and I have to answer about 6 questions saying that I don't want to work on my state return AFTER TurboTax tells me that my state does not have an income tax.

It was very difficult for me this time. I always found Turbo Tax to be great and easy to work with filling tax returns. I. was surprise. I have to amend my Federal because it file it missing an account .

The format changes from last year are not good. The program jumps around. Adds topics that aren't selected. Skips parts and tells but will say you missed something. Very disappointed.
