No information given as to how to find a field

My son has 3 children and it looks like someone may have filed using one of their SS#'s. It says to look in the description field to see which one. No information is given as to how to find that field and the rejection code is no longer visible.

Ctrl-i did not work. I had to go to the Edit menu to select the Add Supporting Details.

Over many years, TurboTax provides excellent software for preparing my Federal Income Tax return. This year's software has "bug" re: specifying Digital Asset (Y/N)

TurboTax is this "GO TO" Tax Prep Tool

As usual, the 2025 Federal State Income Tax Product is very comprehensive and very intuitive with its very effective GUIDANCE tool. It takes a lot of the "guess work" out of preparing taxes and supplies easily understandable narrative to each section. This wil continue to be my "GO TO" tax prep software to use for my tax preparation.
