Turbotax is good

accuracy. But state tax is hard to understand. Hope it will be easier next year

Not happy at this point, having to resubmit return

My return was rejected for a missing PIN. However it was there. I'm very unhappy about that.

TurboTax did the job but it was not easy

I was able to successfully complete and file my Federal and State returns with TurboTax but it was not easy. I was prompted to correct errors several times but it was very difficult to figure out how and the instructions were not clear or easy to follow. I had to use my best guess about what to do and hope for the best. It took almost six hours to do both returns, almost double the time TurboTax said it would take.

Turbo Tax Expert was great, software less so

Turbotax always walks me through the forms asking the right questions. It is easy to use, you can see what form you are filling out as it asks the questions. The more information boxes are helpful and simplify the explanation compared to using IRS tax code.
