Why did you add a processing fee?

I have used TurboTax for at least 10 years now. I do not understand why you added a $40 processing fee for my rerturn this year.

Because my taxes are relatively straight forward, and we can take the standard deductions at this point, I found doing my taxes again this year is so much better. As in the past, TurboTax has served us for many years faithfully, securely, and efficiently. We tried another tax program years ago just once, and came back to TurboTax. This software is our goto software for taxes. Thank.
