Turbo tax misrepresents with additional fees!

We have used turbo tax for many many years. The venture with the BANK and the additional fees is wrong. We will NOT use Turbo tax again!

Everything was fine and went well.
Sometimes it wasn't clear on whether to enter a 0 or leave blank; or even put in a 1, which I saw in filing property tax refund where it asked for "New Improvements"
