We love TurboTax!

It has been easy to use, and not as expensive as hiring a tax expert. We do not have two homes or rentals, nor do we have multiple deductions. Having a program with an interface features that is easy to use, it is accurate, and compatible with my Mac has been wonderful. Turbo Tax will guide me through all the tax subjects and if I have a question, it features allows me to mark the subject, and I can either ask an expert, list of common answers or the community.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and I found it very difficult to enter data and review that data this year. I got into some kind of loop 2 different times and could not move forward. Ai did not help and I had to call a live expert. Both live experts were helpful and considerate.

I have been using your product for years and since I have no unusable tax situations it is quite easy.
HOWEVER, I WILL NEVER FORGIVE YOU FOR CANCELLING ITSDEDUCTABLE!!!! I CAME VERY CLOSE TO GOING TO ANOTHER BRAND!!!

I thought it was hard to get started in the beginning. I thought it made it harder than it should of been. It's very time consuming. Probably all the same.

Decreased unability

I found it harder to input the required information this year than in previous years. Additionally, there were several times where I was forced to go to my previous year's return to retrieve information that Turbo Tas said i needed. WHY?? I have used Turbo Tax for many years and the previous years returns are all saved in the files that Turbo Tas originally put them in. Turbo Tax should be able to pull that information forward as needed, in the same way that they pull all of the other information forward.
