TurboTax is the BEST software

TurboTax is a very customer friendly software . It uploaded the information from my previous tax submission saving me time. I like that the Turbo Tax will show you the amounts entered in the previous year so you can quickly and easily make a comparison as you are inputting the current information. I don't have to worry about the accuracy of the amounts reported because TurboTax accurately calculates the numbers. For an elderly person like me, this makes my tax year easy to get through each year.

Maybe use H&R Block Next Year

I have used your product for 15 years and this year it was more difficult to use and you phone support varied from excellent to horrible.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Though I got frustrated, the agent didn't. She was calm, professional, and informative. She gently took the time to explain each question that i asked her. She wa genuinely concerned and helpful.

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years. This version seems to be awkward. It did not transfer my investment information from last year on a usb drive.

Excellent software tool with very friendly user interface. Accurate and complete filing capabilities for my families use. Makes an intense and error-prone process that one would complete manually into a reasonably understandable and efficient process. What used to take many hours over many days is now doable in a couple of sessions with the application. This is due to the excellent guidance provided in the U/I and the identification of useful features presented in an intelligent context.
