Turbotax is lacking...

Turbotax is not doing a very good job on the MN property tax form. It is too complicated. It used to be quite easy in the past. I am considering changing SW next year because the MN property tax form has been a mess the past few years. You need to ask each field separately not display a small form to fill out.

TurboTax is the best around

Every year we've used TurboTax Deluxe it's been easy to use, guides us through the process, picks up the information from the previous year which is convenient.
The accuracy of the program is also comforting knowing the tax forms are submitted correctly.

Turbo tax really failed their customers this year!

I did not get ahold of any of your tax experts this year, because I constantly got pressured to buy more product, pay for a tax expert, etc. It seems all Turbo Tax wants is more and more money. It used to be that when you purchased your Turbo Tax product, you were done. I wonder if all the problems with the programming this year was to get people to pay more money to get answers to the problems that were caused by your company.
