TurboTax does the job and makes it easy

The software worked well. Although when I was doing the state return (VT) I was doing the Property Tax Credit section and it never brought up the screen to enter information from my tax bill. Only when I clicked check for errors did it tell me I missed a whole section and could then enter the information.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

no way to say i have a simple return w/o exceptions...one category of income had numbers 0 to 9....no instructions on what each category stood for...very frustrating

Good as usual except itemized donation entry

Easy to follow as usual; however, the process for valuing items for non-cash charitable donations was much more tedious and long than in the past - why the change??
