Excellent and easy to Use

Have used Turbo Tax for years and haven't had any really big no issues. Have had several minor issues during review of federal and state. Error message was not clear. Took some research to determine what error message was saying and how to correct. Once I understood the error message the fix was simple.

TurboTax Desktop MAJOR disaster

After 80% of taxes complete desktop program would not open. 10 hours spent researching and attempting to repair. Did NOT call TT as numerous reviewers testified they were of no help. Research indicated Redistributables were likely culprits. Downloaded new ones and eventfully achieved an opening. All fine for...6 Days when problem repeated. Again an hour or two fix. After achieving a restart I put computer in sleep mode with TurboTax still open requiring no further restarts.
Help/Search aid was the absolute WORST I've ever experienced on an internet site. It found NOTHING I ever searched for. Google faster and more accurate.

The worse experience i ever had with Turbo tax, it is so bad that it didn't allow to file electronically and neither by mail. not even the address to mail the return!
