Turbo Tax makes complicated tax process manageable for the average taxpayer. Tax season is complicated and tedious, but Turbo Tax makes the process less excruciating. It's a relief that the annual Springtime task is finally complete.

Turbo Is Great!

So far, I have had no issues with Turbo Tax. The State somehow misplaced my 2020 report, and I had to send them another copy.

IMPROVE TURBOTAX 25 GUIDANCE

I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR MANY YEARS. TURBOTAX 25 IS THE WORST VERSION BY FAR. THE GUIDANCE WAS NOT SIMILAR TO PREVIOUS YEARS. IT TOOK ME HOURS LONGER HAVING TO BACK TRACK TO MAKE SURE I WAS GOING TO THE RIGHT STEP. REVIEW PREVIOUS YEARS GUIDANCE USING WINDOWS 10 AND ADAPT TO WINDOWS 11.

easy to follow, only I was stuck one time before submitting Electronically, Error message was hard to fix, even though it was simple. there should be online help available
