Useful, but still some minor bugs to work out

easy to follow

I had a much better experience with this year's (2025 tax year) desktop version of Turbo Tax than last year; the 2024 version was glitchy and generated several errors. The 2025 version experience was much closer to the old disc version experience. The interface is good and guides one clearly through the steps. I still don't understand why the state filing fee can't just be added to the up-front price, rather than having to purchase it before e-filing. Turbo Tax is still less expensive than having someone prepare my taxes, but still not that cheap.

Ive used Turbo Tax for years and it hasn't failed m yet. always has the new laws and is accurate.

Turbo Tax failed

The turbo tax expert was not able to tell me how to go to "edit" my choice for Minnesota itemized deductions to Minnesota standard deduction. After a great deal of time, I figured it out myself.

Trusted Tax software for years!

We have been using Turbo Tax since 2006! Satisfied with their guidance and accuracy. Even though it has been more expensive for the software and then the fee for filing the State, we still believe Turbo Tax helped us complete our taxes accurately and efficiently.
