Repeated TurboTax activation requests

Repeated TurboTax activation requests on the same computer as the same user. I purchased your product for installing on a desktop and your product activated my license 5 times each time i opened the turbo tax shortcut - which was on the same computer under the same account user.

I have been a user of TurboTax for decades, and have found it to be the one of the best tools for dealing with the complexity of tax preparation/filing and navigating the changes that come with every new tax year. I like its approach to gathering the data with a user-friendly, question-driven interface. I also like the ability to import and compare tax documents from previous years with this year's return.

Not as good as other years

I've been using Turbo Tax for a long time Since about 1994 on 5.5 inch floppy. This version was the worst so far. It was much more confusing than any other year. It got the job done, but it took me much longer than other years.
