Relatively easy to use and understand

I had just about finished my Federal return when the program locked up. I waited for the spinning wheel to stop but it just did not. I had to force quit the program and all of my data was lost. I would recommend that for the desktop version that Turbo Tax would put a BOLD reminder to save the progress as you go along. Even better would be to auto save every few minutes.

Easy to use. I have been using TurboTax for over 15 years for me and my family. I don't look forward to doing my taxes every year but the system makes its easy. It guides you through every tax break you can get.
