TurboTax is a frustrating mess

It seems as though TurboTax software has become more difficult to use. We experienced many errors in the process and we had to hunt down the errors ourselves. This program has become less intuitive and more cumbersome to use. It would seem that this is possibly designed to frustrate people into purchasing the TurboTax service for completing the forms. Additionally, this is the second year in a row that we were charged for the Audit Defense option even though we never chose the option. We were very frustrated by the entire experience. We will not use TurboTax again.

Bring back ItsDeductible

I like Turbotax and have used it for years, but the discontinuation of ItsDeductible made that section very time consuming. Please bring that function back!

You're still my friends

I've used Turbo Tax for at least 10 years. once I got into the down load version. it returned to be my old friend. Why did I have to have Windows 11. I hate Windows 11! I worked very closely with Bill and Paul to bring Windows 1 - 7 to market. (I was IBM's software product manager.) Listen to your users!!
Pros: My employment status changed this year
