Some boxes on my Indiana state return could not be filled out. I submitted anyway. This year's edition was not as easy to use as previous years.

2025 not quite as easy

I have used Turbo Tax for many years, I feel that the 2025 Federal return was not as easy to use as in the past.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Good but doesn't seem as strong as in years past.

The format seemed a little user friendly than last year particularly the transfer portal.
I also miss the built in virtual help that was part of the format a couple of years ago. Also missed having the disc as in years past, but the program does help the DYI user.

I've used TurboTax for decades and it always has been accurate! I only remember having to contact you twice. Your employees were wonderful both times I called you! I had a compatibility issue once when the Turbo Tax CD would not load into my older computer and your personnel fixed the problem. Your features are perfect and accurate. The online guidance is extremely good. Your software is easy to interface with too!
