Turbo Tax is underperforming as they maximize $

Very Poor Product this year. I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and while the number of times trying to bill for a service has expanded each year the standard intuitive product has been ignored.

Turbo Tax just works!

Turbo Tax pulls information from previous years returns, saving me time as well as no typos. It has been accurate for the 20+ years I have been using it. Just fill in the blanks.
I could probably use the free return, but I prefer using the Deluxe.
