TurboTax Simply Works!

I changed from TurboTax on Windows from prior years to TurboTax for Mac this year. Transitioning the data was seamless, and the interface was sufficiently familiar that it did not slow me down at all.

Easy to use and handles the unusual tax issues that I have. I was disappointed that I needed the Business module to file Trust returns (1041)

QCDs are Hard to Find

I do a lot of pretax QCDs. The questio you ask to direct me to putting that information in needs to ber highlighted better or said in a more straightforward way. I completedly missed it on last years and now have to resubmit my tax returns.

A great program, but I didn't like the ending of It's Deductible. I had to enter charitable deductions one at a time.

confusing sometimes on whether the user needs a W-2 or a 1099; especially when filing as a retiree.
