You offered free filing for users who did not file with Turbo Tax last year. Consider offering that to users who have filed with TurboTax every year for the past 10+ years. We are loyal customers and would love to reap the same benefit as your new customers.

Other Software is Easier To Use

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years and the Turbo Tax 2024 Deluxe version is the worst it has ever been. The program takes too long to load. The patchwork of updates has caused the program to skip screens and sections. I had to tediously force the program to go through every section to ensure everything was covered. I have lost confidence that Turbo Tax is actually trying to make filing taxes easier. There are too many pop-up service ads - audit defense and professional help - when trying to finalize the e-file. Other programs and websites have to be easier to use!
