TurboTax meets my needs.

I have used TurboTax for years and am very grateful for it's taking me through step by step-by-step feature.
This year, at age 94, I deeply appreciated the telephone help from some amazingly patient assistants. I am reassured by the check errors feature. Thank you.

Going through the data entry process was fine as usual. But going through the closing process, printing a copy for review, requiring interface with adobe, was cumbersome and annoying having to load it then cancel, was annoying vs the straight forward print and review procedure of past years
