I've always liked using Turbo Tax for my taxes. This year the program seems more robotic and less focused on the customer. its a sign of the times, I guess. otherwise I like knowing all the calculations are accurate.

allover it is great.
however, the explanations can be hard to understand, and some of the guided questions are hard to link or correlate to user's taxing situation, like why do I need this or don't need this.
