Software was so slow. Took way too long to file my taxes and processing time too a long period of time.
Locked me out of my account multiple times before I decided to create a brand new account to complete my taxes.

Good product.

Good product. Used it for many years. This is the second time I imported the tax forms from Fidelity. I had to redo them manually once again. This year it put the entire amount of the sale of stock as taxable income instead of only the gain that was made on the sail. The stock was purchased after tax.
