Software Glitches

It was OK. I've used the software for many years and it's fine. This year I experienced some strange glitches, like the program shutting down suddenly (PC) and a few windows suddenly showing up with incredible magnification levels. Not show-stopping problems, but annoying.

A good product needs to be made better

Turbo Tax does not do a good job on Required Minimum Distributions and Qualified Charitable Distributions. Both need to be part of the walk-through menus.

Turbo Tax Printed Forms

I completed filing, but when I printed the forms they did not print in the same format as in previous years, I have used Turbo Tax for at least 30 years, first time I've been unable to look over and fully understand the format.

Difficulty with 1099 Import Desktop version-MacOS

Overall, this year was my worst experience with the tool due to difficulty with the confusing User Interface in the section where you download 1099 forms from brokerage accounts. There was no easy way to review that the downloads were correct.
